Simply amazing! It was already second visit to this small ramen place and both times I was amazed by the quality of the food. The ramen is delicious and the ginger kick is the best. I will definitely visit this place again. It is a great example of a hidden gem.
View on GoogleThe place has a nice minimalist cafe feel. We visited when the shop was just opened. There wasn’t any queue on a weekday but the store was quickly filled up as the lunch crowd arrived. The food was beautifully plated. It’s light, refreshing and very different from the other heavier or greasier ramen. This is crisp, warm, and comforting.
View on GoogleUnique and local experience. The classic ginger ramen had the ginger at the very bottom so you can adjust accordingly without disturbing the soup (which is quite clear). The tsukemen noodle was so al dente and once dipped, is just the right firmness. The dipping sauce was flavorful but a little oily. The chicken pieces (skin on) were really tender and blend well with the rest of the soup. So good, so hearty! It is not a place where you lollygag and hang out, there are signs to discourage taking too much time as there's usually a line since the shop is small
View on GoogleVery nice soup broth tasting ramen here. Ginger made it extra tasty! Noodles texture in the dipping ramen was really great. Order through a ticket machine. Can get a bit busy during peak hours, but turnover is quite quick (and they encourage you to not stay long to help with quicker turnover)
View on GoogleIt’s a salt based ginger flavored ramen shop. Its chicken broth is amazing and the spice of ginger is making a good harmony with it. Chicken is simmered long that its meat is tender. It’s not as heavy meal than other type of ramen like pork based. It was a great lunch.
