Really wanted to try it but he wasn’t keen on foreigners. Kind of stink that everyone’s face dropped when my wife and myself walked in and felt completely unwelcome.
View on Google■About the food and serving It's run by two people, so it can take a little time when it's busy, but drinks come out very quickly, and above all, the Okinawan food is superb. ■About the interior and features There are counter seats and table seats, and the interior is a very calming, very comfortable space. ■About the staff and service They're very friendly and treat you kindly. Both the shop and the staff have a homey feel, making it very easy to visit. I'll be coming again.
View on GoogleAn Okinawan restaurant. Clean, delicious, and I enjoyed it at a reasonable price. I was surprised by how they cook the fu (wheat gluten). In champuru it turns into a hearty ingredient! I'd only ever pictured it as that thing floating in miso soup, but I had no idea it could be so filling. Apparently the soki soba broth is simmered in-house. The richness of pork works really well with the bonito flavor. A place I want to visit again.
View on GoogleI had the lunch soki soba set meal for 950 yen. It's a set of soki soba, mixed rice with fried tofu, mozuku, and pickles. Lunch is a daily special with only one option. There are counter seats and table seats. Cash payment only.
View on GoogleCame for lunch. Lunch service offers only the daily set meal, and that day it was the ginger pork set meal. Meat and onions piled boldly on a flat plate. It comes with cabbage and tomato on the side, rice, soup, and pickles. It's a nice little bonus that there's a vinegared dish too. It's served freshly made, so it's delicious. There's no way this could miss. The joy of shoveling in rice with piping hot meat is wonderful. Delicious, no complaints. I'm curious about the other daily menus too, so I'd like to stop by again. Thank you for the meal.
