Good Service, Average Dining Experience I came here because I was curious about their signature rotisserie chicken. Instead of ordering the whole chicken, I tried a pasta that included pieces of the roasted chicken, expecting it to showcase the restaurant's specialty. To be honest, the chicken was quite bland and lacked the flavor I was expecting. The pasta itself was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The highlight of the meal was actually the appetizer—the cream cheese with prosciutto served on raspberry bread. That combination was excellent and easily the best dish we had. The restaurant has a quiet, laid-back atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant place to dine, but the food, especially the signature chicken, didn't live up to my expectations.
View on GoogleGood food, but nothing mind-blowing. The mocktails are excellent, the service is stellar, and the vibe is great. Everything we ordered was decent, though the carbonara fell a bit short because it lacked authentic guanciale.
View on GoogleVery busy restaurant. Not a lot space to move around and put bags. Very Japanese style Italian food. The salad was nice. The pasta was on par but not spectacular.
View on GoogleThe food was pretty good but service was 10/10! Especially Imashi-San gave us an impeccable customer experience!
View on GoogleRigoletto Wine and Bar in Marunouchi offers a stylish and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for social gatherings with friends and family. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. However, the tomato caprese was disappointing. The dish lacked the essential elements of a classic caprese—ripe, flavorful tomatoes and a proper pesto sauce. Instead, it featured unexpected ingredients like kiwis, strawberries, and grapefruit, which deviated significantly from the traditional recipe. Even more surprising was the additional charge for pesto sauce, which should ideally complement the dish without extra cost. While creativity in cuisine is appreciated, maintaining authenticity and consistency is equally important. On the brighter side, the drinks were excellent—well-crafted and reasonably priced. The tiramisu was enjoyable, though it could have been elevated with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for added richness. Overall, Rigoletto Wine and Bar is a nice venue with a great ambiance and supportive staff, but there’s room for improvement in maintaining the authenticity of certain dishes. Hopefully, they refine their caprese recipe to better align with expectations.
