Outstanding fresh pasta and excellent service. Pescatore was some of the best I’ve ever had. The wine was delicious as well. They deserve to charge more and I would gladly pay it.

A unique restaurant with an incredible collection of gramophones and discs. The owner is friendly and if the situation allows it, he will be pleased to present his treasure (better speak some Japanese). The menu is simple but refined, the fresh pasta very good.

An Italian restaurant in 神田須田町, an area with many long-established businesses. The interior has a calm, retro atmosphere. Seating is at tables, and they adjust the layout according to the number of people. Lunch includes a drink and a sweet, so it's suited to people who want to relax over lunch. You can choose spaghetti, fresh pasta, or penne. There are tomato sauce, oil-based, and cream sauce options. 「ナポリタン」 doesn't have the strong ketchup flavor of a coffee-shop version; it's refined and light. My personal top recommendation is 「サーモンとほうれん草のクリームソース」. The rich cream sauce, full of milky flavor, goes well with the saltiness of the salmon and becomes addictive. I feel it suits penne better than pasta. I'd love penne fans to try it. The hot coffee included in the set also has just the right bitterness and is delicious.

I was nearby, so I walked in without a reservation. The interior had a vintage feel and a nice atmosphere. I arrived after 13, but there were lots of customers and it was very lively. I ordered the fresh pasta アラビアータ from the lunch menu. It had a strong garlic flavor and a spicy kick, and was really delicious. At around 1000 including coffee after the meal, I think it's inexpensive.
