I use this place for lunch now and then. It's operated by New Otani. The sofa seats are nice for enjoying a brief break. The TV is fixed on NHK, showing news from around the country and the serial TV drama. For a little under 1500 yen you can have the daily special, curry, pasta, and more. You can also check the daily menu online before going. The premium lunch, which changes every half month, is 1800 yen, a bit pricey but delicious. If you come in after 13:00, coffee or tea is complimentary.

Daily salmon lunch The lunch has lots of vegetables in the main, salad, and soup, so I can see why there are many female customers. (Which is why it's a bit noisy, though…) But the older staff serve with real care, and I really feel good vibes. If you come in after 13:00, coffee is complimentary.

A coffee shop on the first floor of the NHK Broadcasting Center. The daily lunch is 1400 yen with a drink. The taste is average. It's not that crowded even at lunchtime, so recommended for those who want a relaxed meal

It's inside the Chiyoda Hoso Kaikan, a few minutes' walk from Nagatacho Station. Lunch is until 14:00. I ordered the Japanese menu. It was salmon baked in foil. It came out about 10 minutes after ordering. It came with pickles, kinpira, salad, miso soup, and rice. Plus coffee jelly for dessert. The salad had daikon in it with a Japanese-style dressing. The foil-baked salmon was a fairly large salmon fillet baked in foil with onions, mushrooms, and so on. The flavor was sweet and savory. I enjoyed the juices from the foil bake too.
