A small curry shop near Akihabara that makes absolutely delicious curry for a very affordable price. It’s definitely Japanese style so it’s more on the sweet side and don’t expect crazy spice, but they have bottles of additional spices for free that you can add on yourself. I went on a Wednesday night at 7pm and my friend and I were the only people in the shop, which was a shame because I feel like curry that tasted this good should be more popular. Ordering is done through a vending machine. Even though there’s no English there are menus with pictures so it’s fairly easy to order. The main difficulty would be translating the different curry options as after you get a ticket from the machine, you need to tell the staff what kind of curry you want. As a side bonus, if you are a fan of fighting games. There are lots of cool signatures on the walls, such as voice actors and pro players who have eaten at the shop. They also had old magazines of SBO and the speakers were playing persona 3/4 music the whole time. Great food and great vibes all around
View on GoogleGreat food, although if you know zero japanese, it is kind of tricky to figure out what to order from the "ordering machine". Luckily the guy in the kitchen was very helpful and tried to guide us through and the food was really good. Recommended for a quick meal.
View on GoogleOwned by a japanese fighting game player & frequented by the community. Full of memorabilia. Delicious curry.
View on GoogleVery tasty and most importantly...cheap!! The vending system is pretty cool and saves the awkwardness of trying to figure out your translate app in front of a waiting line. It's also in a convenient spot if you just came out of buying goodies or arcades. Highly recommend this spot
View on GoogleLittle whole in the wall. Not super English easy, but enough to get buy. Uses vending machine style menu. Medium portions and super tasty! Anime influence gives it a nice personal touch. Would return 100%
