This is a shop run by an elderly Japanese man who only sells homemade bento. They must be eaten the same day. There is a really wide selection if you go in the morning. A typical local shop. The gentleman speaks a little English, which is great. The shop is closed on weekends. Bento cost around 700 yen for a complete meal! Go for it, it's great! We'll be back tomorrow 🫶❤️🫶🇫🇷
View on GoogleA bento shop run by a rice seller. It opens at 9 in the morning, which is great for anyone wanting to buy early. So many kinds of bento are packed into the space that it's hard to choose. The bento contain a wide variety of items, so they may also suit those who value nutritional balance. I'll come again.
View on GoogleA bento shop with a retro Showa-era feel. No one calls out “Welcome~” outside the shop or on the street; you choose from the abundant bento packed inside, then pay at the back. It's run by a rice seller. I stopped by on my way back from 秋葉原 because the reviews were good, and they were right. Most bento, whether in a bowl or a set-meal-style container, were 600円. Above all, even if they're named something like “such-and-such bento,” they come with so many other side dishes that they're practically makunouchi or osechi. Even with the pork-and-cheese roll rice bowl, I found myself counting how many ingredients they used as I ate. Both the main and side dishes felt thoroughly homemade, just like home cooking. With all this effort, how can it be 600円? I was amazed. It would be wonderful to have a bento shop like this near work or home.
View on GoogleA jewel box of flavors~!” Bento with many different side dishes start at around 580円. They're truly packed with different flavors, making them really fun to eat. I'm also happy there are so many fish options. On my first visit, I was spoiled for choice and bought 目抜け, which was very good. What made me think, just what you'd expect from a rice seller, was how delicious the rice was. Main dish, side dishes, staple... I'm satisfied with the flavor, nutritional balance, and price, so I sometimes come because I want to buy one, even with a 10-minute walk each way during my lunch break
View on GoogleI went with high expectations after reading reviews saying it was bento from a rice shop, but it didn't turn out that way. Were the comments about lots of 500円 bento outdated? The first ones I saw were 660円 and 750円 bento. There are many varieties, but none seemed particularly appealing, so by elimination I ended up choosing the chicken tenderloin cheese cutlet? bento. It was cold—had it just been in the fridge? I left some uneaten. The rice was slightly warm and fairly tasty. There were various side dishes, and the seasoning might be good, but this isn't bento that tastes good cold. It was cold, the meat was tight and firm, and the side dishes were cold too. Maybe it's quite good freshly made? I'd recommend it if you can take it home or to work and heat it in a microwave. I felt it wasn't suited to traveling salespeople or drivers.
