Ramen Street locale known for pork-bone broth topped with roasted pork, plus dipping noodles.

A tonkotsu ramen specialty shop on Ramen Street in Tokyo Station Ichibangai. Made using only fresh pork bones and slowly simmered for over 24 hours in the shop's own kitchen, the soup is packed with concentrated pork umami—rich and mellow. Also, the “Yarisugi Niboshi Ramen,” which adds a huge amount of niboshi to the rich tonkotsu soup, has become one of Oreshiki's popular staple menu items.

Located inside Tokyo Station on ramen street there is a long line of ramen options that specialises in something unique to each of Japan's regions. This shop has tsukemen. You pay and obtain your ticket first, then hand to staff and they will seat you. Staff are welcoming, the store is clean and there are tables for solo or group diners. Food comes out fast and fresh, and delicious! The noodles are cooked well and not soggy despite them beinf thicker and the dipping broth isn't too salty. They give a heaping portion of pork (although it's more like stir fried pork rather than chashu pork) and there are plenty of condiments in front of you to adjust to your taste. The shop is ideal for a quick lunch/dinner with lots of options.

Great especially in the morning! This shop has a « morning ramen »(朝ラーメン) it only cost 700¥!!!! It is surprisingly including all the toppings ( egg, nori and meat) on top of it you can even add some white rice or extra portion of noodles. It is also included!! • About the taste, it is great for me! Although I must say that it is very HAKATA style Ramen. So pork-bone broth is very intense! Maybe it isn’t fit for everyone • I definitely recommend the place, especially in the morning

Ramen Street in Tokyo station. I knew I had to go and eat here. The broth was pretty powerful (in a good way) and the pork was very tender. Large portion of noodles. Also glad that it was mostly locals eating here so not overly a tourist trap. I really liked the ramen here.

We order ramen with black garlic sauce & Tonkotsu Teriyaki Cha-shu-men. Both having very thick soup, not what we love. Noodle is vey thin noodle like angel hairs, also not what we like. Taste is average for us. Think this is our personal taste. For those who live bold and strong taste, think that might be good choice.

Perfect ramen. Fast service. Sometimes the line would be very long especially in the weekend. Rateable and reasonable (price) for both local or tourists.
