Food: Noroshi was a really solid ramen stop, especially if you are in the mood for miso ramen that feels rich and comforting without becoming too much. The Hakodate-style miso ramen was the move here. The broth had a creamy, savory depth to it, with that warm miso flavor that makes the bowl feel hearty right away. It tasted fuller than a lighter shio or shoyu bowl, but it still stayed easy to keep eating. The butter and corn made sense with the Hokkaido-style feel of the ramen, adding sweetness and richness without taking over the whole bowl. The noodles had a good bite and held up well in the broth, and the egg, vegetables, and toppings made the bowl feel complete instead of one-note. Nothing about it felt overly flashy, but that was part of why I liked it. It was just a satisfying, well-built bowl of miso ramen that hit the spot. Service: Service was quick, simple, and efficient. It felt like the kind of ramen shop where you order, sit down, and get a hot bowl without any unnecessary waiting or confusion. Summary: Easy 5/5. Noroshi gave me exactly what I wanted from a Tokyo ramen stop: a warm, flavorful bowl of miso ramen with good noodles, good toppings, and a comforting broth that made the whole meal work.

The ramen here is absolutely delicious—the noodles have a great texture, the broth is rich and full of flavor, and the toppings are generous. The restaurant itself feels warm and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also happened to meet a very kind Japanese lady there who recommended her favorite dish to me, which made the experience even more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place again.

Miso Ramen is excellent in all aspects. It isn’t salty and the flavor is on the money. Charsiu pork is so tender and melt in my mouth. I will come back again when I am in town.

Hearty portions at a great price! The service is so nice - the English and Chinese menus only have 4 options so one of the male staff came over and helped us order, even taking the time to translate many of the items on the Japanese menu. The ramen was delicious, big portioned, and very filling. We had to take some to go, and they packed the leftovers so carefully and securely with extra chopsticks. Good food, amazing service. All the other patrons were locals. Check this place out if you’re looking for an authentic, yummy experience with nice people at a great value.

This reminds me a bit of like Ajisen Ramen back in Southern California. It's decent but not amazing. Not something I'd put high on your list but you can't go wrong if you're near by and there's no line. The only complaint from me is the beansprouts. They, IMO, don't add any taste and it's just filler in your ramen. It distracts the dish from the core flavor and I wish I could have told them to avoid the beansprouts. They do add a cube of butter to your broth so that boosted the flavor a bit. For 1,340, it's decent.
