Found this gem near Kanda, and it’s a must-visit for any ramen lover who wants Ramen at late night! It’s clearly a local favourite, as I was surrounded by Japanese diners, which is always a great sign. The pork-based soup is rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The chashu was equally impressive, tender and perfectly seasoned. I will definitely revisit this spot the next time I travel to Tokyo!

They offered a classic bowl of Iekei ramen that satisfied every craving for richness and comfort. This particular bowl showcased the hallmarks of the style: a thick, pork-and-soy-based tonkotsu shoyu broth that’s full of umami, creamy and slightly gelatinous, warming you from the first sip. The toppings were textbook Iekei: tender, pink-centered chashu pork slices, marinated ajitama egg with a jammy yolk, a handful of spinach, and sheets of crisp nori that added an oceanic touch. The broth clung generously to the thick noodles hidden underneath—perfect for a hearty, slurpable experience😍

It is good idea and very helpful for ramen lovers to open ramen shop in the early morning from 7am. I saw some guys are already having ramen with free flow rice. The ramen itself is just normal iekei ramen. Not so bad but nothing special. I feel too salty but it depends on each preference. They have only counter seats.

The Soup is very thick and the noodle texture very good. If you scare salty soup then better request for light soup and less oil. Whole family like it. Thumb up!
