The restaurant atmosphere is old and not very authentic Japanese, but the Unagi is grown in Japan and one of the best in this area. I frequent this restaurant for lunch.

An eel restaurant with an old-established atmosphere, where you can enjoy your meal in a calm Japanese-style space. There are counter seats and table seats, and the interior was clean, though the building felt a bit dated. I ordered the unajū; the eel was plump and a fragrant aroma spread. However, the sauce felt a little strong, and overall the balance with the rice felt somewhat heavy. The service was courteous, and they frequently refilled our tea. The atmosphere is nice and you can enjoy a quiet meal, but considering the price and taste, it fell a little short of my expectations. Rather than for special occasions, it's a place suited to a relaxed lunch 🤔

I came for lunch. I felt like eating eel for the first time in a while and found this place. The lunch menu had 2 other options besides eel. This time I ordered the unajū “Hanzo.” The plump eel gave me some nourishment and I was able to work hard in the afternoon too. Thank you very much.

I had the 5000-yen Miyabi. It was genuinely good. Phone reservations are possible, and if you order your food in advance, the unajū will be served promptly after you arrive. You might want to think of the fruit as just a little extra.
