Service was poor as can be seen from other reviews. The service staff seem to be foreigners and lack the attitude you will expect from a Japanese eatery. The staff offered to grill our meat and it was charred/burned after being left to cooked too long (as she was busy with other duties). We tried to feedback to her yet she was seemingly unapologetic and advised us to continue eating the meat after helping us to scrap off the burned bits.

Serving of meat took very long, service was mid to not good. The raw meat was also still frozen and expensive compared to any other place I‘ve been to in Tokyo. Also, I think the owner drank the first half of my beer and poured the rest in my glass. It was gone after two sips.

Meat is sooo fantastic and sooo good quality!!
