I’ve had better and more tasty dishes in hospitals after surgery. The food has zero taste, no salt, a complete failure in the art of cooking masquerading as Italian cuisine. Every dish we ordered was of substandard quality not worthy of human consumption. The best item on the menu was Perrier. If you want to flush money down the toilet, I beg you to try the food at Miami Villa.
View on GooglePizza soft like bread Pasta still have water. It makes no taste Staffs are all hiding at the back after ordering the food I smell cigarettes when the staff took me the seat. I asked if someone smoke. She said no PLEASE READ before get in !!!!
View on GoogleApril 16, 2026 Cafe mocha looked and tasted so bland, like a diluted hot cocoa, yet priced at ¥850. My companion who ordered a dry Asahi beer didn’t finish his drink either. Atmosphere not bad especially the terrace outside but the inside was simply like a chain cafe. Service was meh and the staff didn’t show me where the toilet was outside of the cafe and I had to go inside the mall which was far and confusing. I didn’t order any food nor look up reviews when I walked in and didn’t expect to see such terrible reviews afterwards. Because it was just as bad as it sounded. Besides the prime location right next to Yurakucho station, at 2.5 stars I wonder how it can stay in business.
View on GoogleGreat location, pretty fine food, especially the soy sauce pastas but pretty bad service. The hours are incorrect on the website, it closes at 22:00 with last call finished at 21:45. We happened to make it perfectly in time. The pasta we ordered was amazing and I would even come back just to get it again. It’s slightly expensive, but honestly not too much of a price difference for there and also other pasta places. I’m very happy with the food. I would come back. Though I hope service will be more attentive and polite.
View on GoogleFor the price, they deliver value. My 8 years old daughter, who is very picky with food, she finished her tomato mozzarella pasta…extremely rare. Overall food quality is basic Italian but they are very reasonable priced and location is also very accessible, across the station. Highly recommended with younger kids…but mind it stay they don’t have space for baby cars and toilet is outside!!
