Yuzu ramen ! Really refreshing broth with chewy noodle. Taste good. Usually long cue. Purchase ticket from the vending first and wait for your seat. It ‘s small restaurant with less than 10 seats. Cash only ! Enjoy !
View on GoogleA Japanese-style ramen shop that always has a line out the door. The broth is clear, and the noodles are thin. The flavor is light, but the broth has a rich depth that keeps you coming back for more. This ramen shop is a sister restaurant to the Japanese-style teahouse “Okame” on the same floor—we highly recommend stopping by “Okame” afterward to try their ohagi! Since seating is limited to the counter, it’s not ideal for families. The seats are also a bit narrow—designed for Japanese people. To order, you first purchase a meal ticket and then wait in line. It’s a restaurant worth the wait, but keep these points in mind.
View on GoogleFull of msg ramen, the wafu ramen lacks representation to be called wafu as it’s just a plain bonito based soup stock in clear broth, ramen noodle is thin and soft and it’s like somen. It just amazes you because of the feel that shop projects where literally only one person can pass through in their kitchen. That’s the wow factor and that’s all there is.
View on GoogleI was looking for a light lunch and the yuzu shio ramen here was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a more satisfying bowl of ramen. Came early around 11am and there was no line.
View on GoogleA hidden gem in the basement food court; a little difficult to find with minimal seating, but great food. I brought my family here after a long day at Disney Sea, and it really hit the spot. If you've never had shio ramen, it's a lighter, clear broth with a more delicate flavor that's great for the hot summer days. This one was served with thin chewy noodles and optional yuzu for extra aromatics. The staff is very efficient, but the entire restaurant is not much bigger than my *bed*, so be prepared to eat quickly! (After you're done, you can go back to the ground floor for some ice cream too)
