This hamburg restaurant is on another level. Easily one of the best meals of my trip, and definitely the best hamburg I had here. The meat texture was incredibly soft, juicy, and full of flavor in every bite. It was rich, tender, and cooked so well that from the first bite I already knew this place was special. I ordered 3 patties and all very delicious. Add the cheddar cheese and its a bomb! The service made the experience even better. Eventhough the place is small, the waitress with the pink hair was very nice, friendly, and accommodating, which made us feel really comfortable and welcome. This place was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Amazing food, great service, and a hamburg that I’ll remember for a long time. Simply the best. I am coming back tonight and next trip to japan is a must for me. Definitely in my favourite must visit list!

Amazing Hambagu Experience! 🥩🍳 If you’re around Akihabara and love beef, 松屋焼肉店 is a must-try! I had the 100% beef hamburger set and it was delicious — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend trying the spicy egg topping (pictured) — it adds the perfect kick with chili flakes and sesame seeds. The craft cola is also a standout drink, very refreshing with a unique twist! The service was quick and friendly. Overall, this place offers a cozy atmosphere and excellent food that makes it worth visiting again. Don’t miss it!

If you are looking for a top-tier hamburg steak experience in Tokyo, Matsuya Seinikuten is a must-visit. Since they are a specialty butcher-owned shop, the quality of the meat is on another level. I ordered the signature set with two Wagyu patties. Each patty was incredibly juicy, perfectly seared on the outside, and packed with that rich, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu flavor. It’s clear they use premium cuts here. I also tried their spicy raw egg (Karai Tamago) as a topping. Mixing the spicy kick with the richness of the egg yolk and dipping the Wagyu patty into it was a game-changer—it added a fantastic depth of flavor that I highly recommend.
