I'm often hesitant to order liver as you aren't sure how fresh it is. Since liver is a specialty here it was very fresh, no gamey taste at all. I've never been served such huge pieces of liver in レバニラ before! Both chashu and liver were very tender with good flavor. As some others have noted, it is pretty salty. Very crowded from opening to around 2 pm.

There are many restaurants in the Shin-Ochanomizu area that interest me. I had a chance to stop by Shin-Ochanomizu just in time for lunch, so I entered the restaurant at the same time it opened at 11:00. I almost opened the door at 10:58 a.m. when I thought it was 11:00 a.m. without even looking at the "in preparation" sign. I was lucky that there was still no one at the pole that asked me to line up here. The waitress said, "Please come in." I entered the restaurant and bought a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine. At first I was going to have the Lembanilla Ramen, but then my attention was drawn to the Chinese Soba and Pure Lemban Rice Bowl set, so I ordered that. In this world of skyrocketing prices, I thought that over 1,500 yen for lunch would be a bit much, but when I saw what was served to me, I was convinced. The pure liver bowl was the first of its kind, and it consisted of a large piece of liver that had been pre-cooked, seasoned with sauce, and served on rice. That alone will fill you up~ The chuka soba was also good. There were many other items on the menu that I was interested in. It looks like a good place to stop by at night and have a drink 💡 By the time I left the restaurant, there was quite a line.
