My husband and I both had a wonderful time here at this maid cafe. The girls were all wonderful. The drinks were pretty good too. Next time I go back to Japan, I will visit here again.
View on GoogleIt was our first time in maid cafe and we chose it because i love gothic style and ads seemed to advertise that. Girls where nice and sweet, but outfits weren't really what I expected. Communication in English was nearly impossible - only one girl could actually make a conversion. We thought that having English name, explanations of the place and such would mean that we would be able to speak in English, but we were sadly mistaken. They definitely focused more on people who seemed to come there often. Food was meh, but really cute when it comes to plaiting! Overall we had fun but probably wouldn't cone back
View on GoogleWhile I expected that the language barrier would be an issue, I thought that would be fun... I was wrong. Went for the Doll theme... And that was the only good point that I could see there. Food: my "original" drink was water+ice+frozen fruits with some chocolate around the cup and basically raw fries. Was so depressed that my first experience, selecting the place to celebrate my birthday, was like this that I gave the photo back and didn't take the photo with the maid that "was there to help me" and kinda did minimum ImO. Not going to point who it was because I feel that it wouldn't make a difference + I already forgot her name, but I felt disappointed with my experience there.
View on Googlewe came at about 10pm, the omurice was yummy, waffles were ok, though what you come to a maid cafe for is conversation with the maids, and sadly we didn't get too much of it during our hour. one of the maids seemed intimidated by the fact we weren't fluent in Japanese and served us without saying much at all which I felt sad about considering we tried speaking a bit of Japanese to them, we had such a good time at another maid cafe despite not being fluent. the service we did get from a maid who spoke a bit of English was nice though, it seemed the regulars at the cafe were being prioritised. we probably would go support a maid cafe that gets less traffic next time.
View on GoogleFirst time in a maid cafe. Food was pretty good and service was good. Went with some buddies to check out what they were like. Coffee was also really good. Even with the language barrier it wasn't too difficult.
