Cute cafe with great coffee and cake. Behind a steel door with small sign, can easily be missed. Go upstairs for a tranquil space surrounded by soothing music, air-conditioning and a range of books. Friendly staff, English speaking. Secret toilet.
View on GoogleCalm, classy beautiful place! Through the tiny door into a cosy bar, with more tables upstairs surrounded by books and dried flowers. The service was perfect - as an English speaker, the waiters were welcoming and spoke amazing English which was super helpful, they explained the yummy cheesecake! Perfect spot for quiet study or reflection, with beautiful music playing in the background and dimmed lights. Very chic
View on GoogleOrdered only tea and coffee but it was beautiful presented and well prepared. Service is professional and friendly, the interior is quiet and cozy with tasteful music in the background. If needed the washroom is behind a hidden door... Interesting old coffee roaster on display upstairs...Really cool!
View on GoogleVery cute shop but pricey. Only drip coffee. Cafe at lait was ok. Drip coffee was good. Seasonal unbaked cheesecake was really good, if pricey. Crispy cookie base, unbaked cheesecake layer, and poached pear in jelly layer. Served with fresh cream. They make their hot chocolate with cream.
View on GoogleA Hidden Gem Worth Discovering This store has an amazing aesthetic—elegant, calming, and clearly curated with care. Truly a hidden gem. But most importantly, the coffee and dessert are the real highlights. I ordered the café lapis, which was strong yet incredibly smooth—no bitterness or overwhelming flavors. It had that classic, clean Japanese iced coffee style, served over large cocktail-style ice cubes that melt slowly, inviting you to sip slowly and enjoy each moment. A perfect way to escape the summer heat. The cheesecake with peach was also a delightful surprise. The flavors were beautifully balanced—the richness of the cheese and the sweetness of the peach complemented each other perfectly. Nothing overpowered; instead, it was a refreshingly light and elegant dessert that paired wonderfully with my coffee. One special detail that really stood out to me was the handwritten bill—such a thoughtful touch that shows their dedication to hospitality and aesthetics. Thank you as well to the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Even though I spoke with a mix of broken Japanese and English, they were welcoming and respectful throughout. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be returning! For now I will bring back your guys in house roasted coffee back home to Taiwan! See you guys next year!
