Every cut of horse sashimi was very delicious, but the liver and futaego were particularly outstanding, so I'd really like you to order them if they're available. I think horse sashimi of this quality is hard to find in Tokyo. The chef-owner was friendly too, and I had a lovely time.

I visited for a meal together after a meeting in 神田. It's an izakaya with a relaxed atmosphere, and the exterior feels a little like a hideaway, but inside, warm lighting and wooden furnishings create a comfortable space. It felt welcoming and safe for women visiting together too, and I was able to relax. Their specialty is horse sashimi. The freshness was outstanding: the lean cuts were moist and tender, while the fatty cuts had a texture that seemed to melt in the mouth. Eating it with soy sauce mixed with miso brought out the umami even more. There were also rare cuts that are hard to try normally, giving us something interesting to talk about and making the conversation lively. The other meat dishes were plentiful too, with a clear sweetness from the meat and an excellent pairing with shochu. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, and the staff carefully explained the food and drinks, so I think first-time visitors can enjoy themselves comfortably too. It was very helpful for naturally bringing people closer after the meeting, even those meeting for the first time. Thank you.

I was arranging a meal to entertain my boss visiting from Singapore, and when I asked what they wanted to eat, they said horse sashimi. Excitedly saying I knew a special place for horse sashimi, I went to 黒てつ家. The horse sashimi here is truly fresh. Their horse meat supplier processes it under strict hygiene controls, so it doesn't need to be frozen, and it's incomparably more delicious than the horse sashimi you usually eat. This time I brought 2 Singaporeans, and both were delighted, their eyes lighting up with every bite. I think knowing places like this is useful in all sorts of situations. I'd like to come again myself too.

You can enjoy delicious horse sashimi and local-breed chicken sashimi. Since it comes from racehorses from 会津, it's lean, without fat, and healthy. Highly recommended for lovers of lean red meat.
