Wasn't the most friendly of staff, more than likely due to me being foreign, but once I spoke some Japanese they let their barrier down and were much more helpful. As someone who was missing her kitties back home, it was wonderful being able to hang out with some sweet babies. Didn't find it expensive for the 10 minutes and it came with a drink from the fridge. Costs extra for treats for them. And it was quiet so I got all the attention from the cats ♡

My visit was nothing short of delightful. Arriving right when the cafe opened, my companions and I had the rare opportunity to enjoy an hour of undisturbed bonding time with the adorable hedgehogs and rabbits. Without any other customers vying for attention, we were able to immerse ourselves fully in the experience. Mai, one of the staff members, deserves special commendation for her exceptional service. She patiently guided us through the behaviors of each animal, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. As a first-time rabbit handler, I greatly appreciated her guidance, and thanks to her, I quickly found myself at ease interacting with these charming creatures. Among the furry residents, Tsubaki the rabbit stole my heart. Not only was she the softest of them all, but her playful demeanor made our interaction all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend a visit to Ku Coo & RIKU Akihabaraten for anyone looking to spend quality time with adorable animals in a relaxed and welcoming environment. With attentive staff like Mai and a charming lineup of animals, it's an experience worth repeating.

Was initially excited and looking forward to happy cats, the ground floor was a pet shop, the 3F was were the cats are. Entrance was 550💴 person for 10 mins. First 2-3 mins were joy but as soon as you realize that the cats looked lonely, you felt really sad interacting.

My kids loved meeting and feeding the cats! One cat in particular had the same high energy as my daughter and they played together almost the entire time. I really enjoyed that they provided toys. I enjoyed the clear communication about the time limit. I enjoyed the drinks provided, but I only took one. Both young ladies that worked there weren't friendly at all. They looked frustrated that we were there. They looked like they hated their jobs. Took a lot of fun away from the experience. There are signs saying not to feed a couple cats with collars on them. This really caused stress for me because all the cats ran to us so quickly and gobbled up the food my daughter had. I didn't see any collars on any cars the whole time though. I think if cats aren't allowed treats they should be kept away. It made me nervous to enter the place when cats swarmed us with the treats. Overall I loved the experience for my kids, but I personally didn't enjoy it much. The unfriendly staff made me feel really uncomfortable.

The pet shop is on the ground floor. The 1st floor was for the hedgehog while 2nd floor was just for cat lovers. Though the entry fee was only ¥100+ (for 10minutes), the cat food was ¥300. It makes a big a difference having cat treats vs none as the cats are hungry, greedy :p.
