Great quality but some of the dishes may be a little too expensive

I've been here several times, but the taste varies wildly depending on the day. In a way, I come here thinking of it as a gacha. Some days it's just plain tasty, other days it's so bland you can't eat it without dumping in loads of the soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil and whatnot on the table. Give it a try to test your luck.

Unfortunately it wasn't good. In the fried tofu and broccoli, the broccoli was undercooked and hard, and overall it tasted watery. The tantanmen, on the other hand, was salty and lukewarm. The meat in the tantanmen was crumbly and tough too. The chuka-don rice didn't smell good (not quite stinky though), the flavor was watery overall, there was little meat and seafood, and it wasn't tasty.

Went in right after opening on a holiday, just past 11. Nobody there and the old man was still cleaning… The menu was lunch sets only; there were no à la carte dishes or drinks. (Or did they just not hand them to me?) The food is decent, but just ordinary. Still, I think 950 yen is good value for this location.

京華茶楼 (Keika Saro) The interior felt clean, and every dish and drink was very delicious. If there's one regret, it's the customer service attitude of the staff member (an elderly woman). When I ordered there was no reply, so I couldn't tell whether my order had gone through. In fact, some dishes I ordered never came. I won't go so far as to say she should be charming, but a minimum of response is necessary in social life. On this point, I gave an overall rating of ★×4.
