Use to go very often for the lunch I think this is the best place for Soba in town Actually I didn’t want to write about this place…. Cuz I want this place to be secret 🤫 If you guys go here please maintain the discipline… All the staffs here are very kind so if you get confused just ask them politely.

Although it's a chain, many 笠置そば locations retain their own distinctive character. The soba uses fresh noodles, and the soba broth has a strong dashi flavor without harsh edges, giving it a wonderfully balanced taste. It works well with both soba and udon. This time I had the daily special, ワカメそば（1.5 times the noodles・extra wakame）. Plenty of noodles—full and satisfied!
