I'd been curious about this place for ages. Quite a name, right? It's もつ焼きセンター! Sounds like a theme park, doesn't it, ladies! Then I looked at the sign outside, and there was something called 「3種のホルモン炒め定食」♬ I rattled the sliding door open and went in. No other customers. The cook in the kitchen, who looked like a foreign national, made eye contact but ignored me. What's with this place? So unfriendly! After leaving me hanging for a while, he said, "Tell me when you choosed." So he really was a foreigner. No water came out either… And of course, I ordered the three-kind offal stir-fry set～♬ Apparently you can choose spicy miso sauce or lemon salt sauce, so I ordered spicy miso. Then a Japanese person who seemed to be the manager appeared. Ah, a little relief♬ Finally, water and a wet towel came out. There was sizzling from the kitchen. Oh, so you don't grill it yourself… A bit disappointing, maybe. While I was thinking that, out came the three-kind offal stir-fry set! Huh? No way! What's this? Stir-fried cabbage? Hey, hey, hey, hey, come on! Where exactly are these three kinds of offal supposed to be in here? Taste-wise, it's good. But come on, what do you think of this, ladies! The name is wrong, right? It should be "stir-fried cabbage with offal"! I'm disappointed by this profits-first approach. And after calling yourselves 「もつ焼きセンター」, this is what you serve! At lunchtime in 神田, there are loads of office workers looking for cheap, tasty places. That's exactly why so many restaurants offer exceptional lunch deals, but this place doesn't get it. Anyway, there's far too much of a gap between the menu name and the actual dish. The photo and the real thing are completely different! I'm not going back, never again. It's been a while since I came across such a low-standard place.
