麺屋武蔵 神山Kanda Menya Musashi Kanzan
Kamiyama's most distinctive feature is, without a doubt, its "Kabayaki Chashu" (grilled pork belly char siu).

kanda Menya is the kind of place that imprints itself on your memory forever. We started our trip four weeks ago, and on just the fourth day we stumbled into this shop by pure luck — easily one of the best accidents of our entire journey. Six weeks later, we still haven’t stopped talking about it. Nothing else has come close to the depth, richness, and unforgettable flavour of their dipping noodles. The broth is bold and addictive, the noodles have that perfect chew, and the pork… unbelievably tender, braised to absolute perfection. Every bite feels intentional. Today we left Osaka and returned to Tokyo and we literally walked from Tokyo Station with all our luggage just to eat here again. That’s how powerful this place is. Some meals fade. This one stays with you. If you’re anywhere near Tokyo, this is a non‑negotiable stop.
View on GoogleI stumbled upon this ramen shop by chance near my hotel, and it turned out to be far better than I ever expected. I ordered Kamiyama Ramen with golden-brown broth made from pork bones, giving it a deep umami flavor. Thick, chewy noodles, toppings include generously cut, grilled chashu pork with bamboo shoots and sliced scallions. A soft-boiled egg adds creaminess and balance. The space is quite small, so I had to eat quickly to make room for the next customer.
View on GoogleCame here for quick one person dinner, ordered the “recommended” dish, the wait was about 10mins for food to arrive. I was quite surprised that the noodle was cold, however; when dipped into the sauce it became the right temp to eat. The meat was tender but lack a little flavour. Overall, not bad for a quick meal, but if they let you choose whether to have hot or cold noodles I would definitely pick hot noodles. The hot water provided to add to sauce after so it becomes soup was a great idea.
View on GoogleLiterally the BEST ramen i have ever tasted. Enjoyed this meal only once on my first trip to Tokyo, took advantage of it the second time and visited 3 times. Will be back on my next trip, you can count on that!
View on GoogleHad lunch at Menya Musashi Kamiyama, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was incredibly quick, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to enjoy my meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. One of the best aspects of this restaurant is that they offer an English menu, which made ordering much easier and stress-free for non-Japanese speakers. The ramen was absolutely delicious, with rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. If you're looking for a great ramen spot with quick service and the convenience of an English menu, I highly recommend Menya Musashi Kamiyama. It's a must-visit for any ramen enthusiast!
