Very nice vibe and chef makes great sushi. Everything was a great experience

Definitely my favourite sushi & sashimi place in whole Tokyo. The chef is an artisan and an artist and prides himself on cooking tradition and in high quality of his raw materials. Suitable for an authentic Japanese restaurant experience. Greetings from Asturies!

A leading example of Tokyo's “neighborhood sushi” restaurants. Located under the elevated tracks toward the east side of Kanda Station. The friendly owner livens up the meal with his lively conversation. It was the weekend, but we were lucky enough to reserve seats at the counter. A variety of Edomae sushi toppings. We started with assorted sashimi, followed by 7 pieces of nigiri of our choice. The white fish had the umami of aging. The ark shell was good too. For food alone, perhaps a budget of 7〜8,000円/person? Many regulars were drinking from bottles they keep at the restaurant. Given the Kanda location, there are probably many office workers, but it also has the easygoing feel of an old downtown neighborhood, so it's likely been loved by locals for a long time. 2F has tatami seating and accommodates groups too. When we arrived at 18, the counter was full except for our reserved seats♪ Ah, so glad we'd booked! We had some sashimi sliced and started with draft beer♪ All the sashimi was fresh and delicious! Even just the pickles and shellfish mantle served as otoshi made great drinking snacks♪ We moved from beer→七冠馬→barley shochu with soda, enjoyed nigiri and rolls, and also had shinko, which is only available this time of year. Conversation flowed, and it turned into a lovely meal together♪ The private table room on the 2nd floor is nice too, but having a drink at the counter while chatting with the chef is a blissful moment♪ Very satisfied again today, thank you for the meal.
