Visited for lunch. The Iberico pork and ponzu-based set meals are tasty and good value. Besides the standard rice portion, you can order a large serving or get refills, making this price a good deal. The large serving is substantial too, so it's helpful that they accommodate both dieting and wanting a hearty meal. The food tastes perfectly good too. The fairly long lunch hours of 11:30-14:00 are helpful, but they sometimes close early, so it might be better to avoid arriving at the last minute.

I go often but always forget to take photos. It's good. They have Japanese izakaya dishes as well as Western ones…

I ordered a course, but when I asked about a dish listed on Tabelog that hadn't arrived, they said it was from the old menu and wouldn't be served. What's that about? It never came in the end. Is this a scam? (Update) I do think this is a good restaurant in terms of how quickly drinks arrive and how tasty the food is. The pickles were especially delicious. That makes it all the more disappointing.

On my way back from lunch at Tenju the other day, there were also a few people waiting outside 伊蔵, so I tried lunch here for the first time today. The weekly lunch set was 1000円 (beef tongue and fried white fish, with an onsen egg), with a decent amount of beef tongue, large rice servings, and unlimited refills, making it excellent value. When I ordered a large rice serving, it came piled up like something out of a manga. Added a photo of the weekly lunch set for 1100円 (twice-cooked pork and fried white fish, with an onsen egg). It's now part of my future lunch rotation.

Visited for lunch at 14:00 on a weekday. Everything on the menu looked delicious, and rice refills are free. I had the chicken nanban and fried shrimp set. Both were crispy and perfectly seasoned, making the rice go down easily. Recommended for anyone wanting a hearty, delicious meal.
