Google Maps confused again. In particular I can't see anything that matches the featured pictures, but I checked the receipt and I'm sure it matches. Maybe the pictures are from some other place? In the lobby of this building there are about 60 seats at various kinds of tables. Mostly tables for two on the other side, but for four on this side. Two large 8-seat tables with power, too. Also about 40 seats just outside the lobby. No Wi-Fi for me, but Rakuten Mobile seems fine. (That Passport thing has always failed when I've tried to use it. Call it secured to death?) Kind of a noisy space, but not too bad for conversations. A bit peeved by the confusion at the counter. They got me to think it was a special offer, but it was just a package deal. Okay, so both kinds were delicious, but not a special price. The coffee is a nice rich type, so calling it a flat four stars overall.

Well, I found it to be too expensive, even considering the location. Also, at that day, just lunch time started and a lot of items were already sold out. Quality of my espresso was good, awareness of the staff for reminding customers to keep a distance to others was bad/none at all.

The place is not at a even decent level for Japan and Italy does not get any benefit from such a poor place. Please, do something to improve it! They do not even sell any fresh Italian sweet or patisserie! This is one of the symbols and symptoms of the current Italian decadence!

Slightly more Italianate than Starbucks. Not a bad cup of iced coffee at all.
