"Kagoshima Kurobuta" is characterized by its elegant, tender lean red meat (the meat) with fine fibers and its flavorful white part (the fat). At いちにぃさん, we serve shabu-shabu mainly using "Kurobuta pork belly" carefully selected at its place of origin. Also, when it comes to shabu-shabu sauces, ponzu and sesame sauce are the norm, but what we serve at いちにぃさん is "soba tsuyu." The idea was born from our roots as a Japanese soba restaurant (そば茶屋吹上庵). Eating it with soba tsuyu not only lets you savor the pure umami of the Kurobuta, but also lets you eat plenty while it stays light. The restaurant opens for very long hours and you can walk almost any time during the day. The waitresses, some of whom are not native Japanese, are extremely friendly and helpful to your needs. The pork and Wagyu beef from Kagoshima are of the best quality and even the cold beef is marbled, very tender, and juicy! The soy sauce and koji amazake thick raw rice wine as dessert are pleasantly sweet.
