I-Kousya
About a 4-minute walk from the JR Suidobashi East Exit. We are I-Kousya (アイコウシャ), a hamburger shop operating in Suidobashi since 2003. In July 2025, we relocated from our previous location: head 1 block along Hakusan-dori toward Jimbocho, turn onto the street between Nihon University's Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics Building 2 at the Misakicho intersection, then walk a little farther to our corner location along Kinka-dori. Since relocating, we also open on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (closed Wednesdays), so please stop by when you're nearby. Hamburgers are also available for takeout. ※Cash payments only

Good American burger shop with a Wild West vibe. It’s not easy to visit here since it’s only open on weekdays lunch time. It’s beef patty was pure beef and sauce is mayo based. Buns are fluffy and smell butter. It’s definitely a good burger but I don’t think you need to take a day off to come here.
View on GoogleExcellent burger. The meat was well seasoned, the bacon was crispy and added to to the flavor and the burger was not messy at all. The home made chips were great as were the fried potatoes. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was chill.
View on GoogleStepping into this Japanese version of America is definitely a little odd. LIFE magazine covers adorn the wall, a bookshelf with a collection of books and glass mirrored products, a classic Coca-Cola fridge. It's not quite a diner, not a Texas BBQ pit, but the red and white checkered tabletops give you an idea of what you're in for. But then the food arrives, and you're blown away. Real bacon, crispy onion rings, delicious condiments. All of this, served with a side of homemade potato chips, not fries mind you, chips like you'd find in a bag of Lays. I've had the BBQ Bacon Burger and the Blue Cheese Burger. I don't think anything on this menu would be bad. You also don't feel like you've eaten a tub of grease when all is said and done, so that's an advantage.
View on GoogleGreat place american style gourmet burgers. A bit pricey than your regular fast food but worth it. Their onion rings were great too! Take note that it is only open on weekday noontime.
View on GoogleSuper solid burger, closest thing to American bacon i’ve had in japan outside of fast food. Cute decor and friendly staff. Homemade chips come with every burger and they were quite a treat!
