It feels like this place has been here for decades, which is a good sign, meaning the food is decent. Portions are huge, and the ramen was delicious, but don’t expect anything spectacular. The ambience is quite old and run-down, and the place also smelled of stale cigarettes. Service was quick and efficient, at a very reasonable price point.

• This ramen shop is known among Thai visitors as the famous “Bamee Pu Mai” spot frequented in the past by Sommai Hoontrakul, a former Finance Minister of Thailand. • The ramen has a rich, salty flavor typical of traditional Japanese style. While nothing particularly stands out, it’s a nostalgic stop. If you’re in Tokyo and have some time, it’s worth a try.

I have tried so many types of different Ramen and this Hokkaido Raman is one of the best. The noodles are cooked perfectly not too hard as I preferred and soup is not overly heavy. I ordered the Miso based one and it is very tasty. Also tried the Shouyo based one my friend ordered which is also great. Thare are many famous people who endorsed the great taste. I would definitely come back again!

Have been here many many times for over 20 years. I would still say that they have the best classic premium ramen in town!!!

We came here because our friend told us this place served good ramen. Unfortunately, the owners (or the servers. We had no idea since there were only two old gentlemen there) couldn't speak any english so we had a difficult time ordering. Fortunately I found pork belly ramen and it tasted great. Looks like the place had been serving ramen for a long time since there were some comments on the wall from satisfied customers dating back from the 80s.
