I’ve been visiting here, since it was opened on a very regular basis. Great location to sip on a selection of beers, and watch the sun go down. Food is good, beer is good. Shame the rest of the arch breweries closed during covid, but Hitachino is hanging in here. Only downside, please fit an automatic door, the amount of times i have to slide it open (if you sit by it). 5* Best stout I’ve found in japan (& ive drunk a lot over the last 25 years). Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, nice merch if you want it too.
View on GoogleYou can enjoy local beer from 800 yen on the open terrace along the river. On the second floor, there is a former site of Manseibashi Station, and the approach of the train can be seen through the glass, so it is very popular with railway lovers, and this area is free to enter.
View on GoogleI was so happy to discover this place on my last trip to Akihabara. It’s a lovely location right next to the river. Will definitely be coming back on future visits. Lovely beer, great atmosphere.
View on GoogleCraft brewery spot on the waterfront. It’s a quiet place to sit outside, have a beer, and people watch. The beer is great and it’s convenient to pop in and have a quick drink before heading back out.
View on GoogleWe stopped in on a Wednesday and found it not at all crowded. The staff knew enough English to make ordering easy. We got a couple of beers a piece and they were delicious. We had their beers back home (US) from Total Wine so we knew what to expect. We didn't get anything complicated food-wise; the olives and cheese were damn good though. The atmosphere was low-key and calm, with a good playlist going that wasn't too loud. Outside is a view of Akihabara's main drag from a distance. Down the way a bit are some public restrooms. The brewery is in a waterfront section with a walkway that runs along its length, with the bathroom being about halfway down.
