A place for selling your jenks (Pokemon cards). If you have a lot of cards, be sure to come earlier. But most of the time, it takes about 2 days. They have 2 levels for selling cards too! Allow for tax refund. Some really good collection.

Hareruya 2 is definitely worth visiting if you're interested in Pokémon cards. The store has a huge selection, and it's easy to spend a long time browsing through singles and seeing what catches your eye. Whether you're a serious collector or just getting started, there's something for every budget. One thing I really appreciated was the attitude of the staff. Even though they didn't speak English, they genuinely did their best to help and communicate. You could tell they were trying to assist rather than simply brushing foreign customers aside, and that effort made a very positive impression on me. The only inconvenience was the shopping system between floors. Purchases made on the 1st and 2nd floors are handled separately, which limits the ability to combine them for tax-free purchases. If you're planning to spend enough to qualify for tax-free shopping, it's something to keep in mind before checking out. Overall, I had a positive experience and would happily visit again when looking for Pokémon cards in Akihabara.

Really wanted to love this card shop but the customer service ruined my experience. I am self aware that I am a foreigner and that my Japanese isn't great but I don't think that warrants being rude. I definitely felt the side eye, eye roll and acting too busy to help me from the male staff( the female staff member was genuinely busy and helping customers) I walked up and down both floors looking for some AR and Japanese exclusive cards; when I was ready my partner offered to go up to the counter on the 2nd floor to ask to purchase cards behind the glass. When she asked the worker(green hair) for help he told her off and said she had to wait in line and asked to help the next person( literally no one else waiting) This was really upsetting and she had to walk outside to not react and wanted to leave. I decide to give them the benefit of a doubt and go back in to the 1st floor to buy a Mega Galade EX special set and 2 packs of cards. I signed up for their membership through line( it was difficult to navigate even with translation and I had trouble but managed) When I went up to the counter the male staff member already seemed forced to help me. I asked for the special set and for two packs( for members only) He seemed surprised that we had a membership. He definitely profiled and refused to sell me the 2 packs. I regret not buying from the shop in Osaka(Adorenaline in Nihonbashi); better selections and service. I know better next time and won't waste my time and money.

Staff here are super nice. Very helpful and cheerful. Great selection of cards too, a lot a lot of amazing singles ranging from cheap to expensive, but they have a lot less sealed and graded cards tho :(. Prices are super reasonable and quite fair based on conditions. And if you are below 15 you could buy loose packs there. Me and my cousins were skeptical that it might be weight / filtered whatsoever, until we pulled the gold gardevoir from mega symph. Everyone inside was cheering 🤣. They also have a computer that lets you search up for cards they have in store and you can order it right there and collect on the 3rd floor. Super convenient! I highly recommend this place as it’s very good for those who are starting to collect to those who are already experts. Amazing, went there almost everyday of my Japan trip 🔥🔥🔥
