Harbs never disappoints whichever branch you go. The cakes are out of this world, the iced decaf was a treat too. Staff is super nice and the seating very comfortable. Worth the wait if there is a queue.

Not too much waiting unlike before. Love the atmosphere and staffs are superb. As you know, their mille cake is phenomenal!

We reached around 3 something in the afternoon to celebrate my daughter's birthday (and of course taking a break after a long walk) on Friday. The cafe was full and there are few groups of people ahead of us, so we waited more than 30 minutes to reach our turn. The waitresses there seemed tired and not very friendly.. we ordered their famous Mile Crepes and Fresh Fruit Cakes, it took almost 20 minutes to serve the cakes.

The crepe cake is so delicious and so fun that you get a fork and knife for the cake. It is really huge. Love the interior design of the café. The cold teas were just ok. Extra plus for the cute menu online with the beautiful art.

I usually visit Tokyo several times a year and have always had wonderful experiences, but this time was unfortunately disappointing. The staff member in the kitchen wearing a white mask seemed a bit unfriendly — she looked confused when I ordered, and during my meal, I felt like she kept watching me, which made me a little uncomfortable. I truly hope the staff can receive more training so that all guests can enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
