Little bento lunch box shop that's been around for decades in the heart of Akihabara. Wonderful food and a delightful owner.

A retro bento shop. ハンバーグ弁当, 700円. The rice stays relatively fluffy even when cold. The potato salad and pickles taste homemade too. Nostalgic. The hamburg steak is tasty and nostalgic. The flavors keep you eating. The sauce goes very well with the rice. The vegetables are crisp too. The miso soup has daikon and plenty of ingredients. The taste and texture stand apart from convenience-store bento. You don't get tired of it. I'd been curious about this place for ages and finally visited. It's a renowned local shop that has been here a long time despite the many dining options nearby.

It's not a bento shop, but you can get tasty bento here. Maybe you get miso soup if you eat inside? Healthy and somehow really tasty. The simmered dishes and potato salad are yummy too. They only have hamburg steak, fish, and 幕の内, but I could eat this every day. The photo is the hamburg steak, 700円

You get おこわ(お赤飯) with a choice of hamburg steak or grilled fish for 700円! It comes with plenty of different side dishes and is delicious. At this price, it's a fantastic deal. The building is old, but I don't particularly mind.
