I was craving for hamburger steak and came across this shop with many good reviews and it does not disappoint me at all. I cant say i have had enough of burger steak in my life but at least this is by far the best burger steak i have had, the meaty juiciness plus the nicely cooked sauce sauce with a little sourness with a bit of char burned smell balance the richness of the meat perfectly, thanks for the meal. Not to forget the kind service from the young lady.

The meat quality and meat density of the hamburger is very nice. The demi-glace sauce is also excellent, with a richness that is in harmony with the hamburger steak. You will want to go to Kanda to eat this hamburger steak.

Because it was hot, I went with the goal of Oroshi Tower Hamburg, but unfortunately it was sold out that day. I changed my mind and ordered the signboard menu on the top left of the menu, "Demi-glace Hamburg with beef tendon" (1,600 yen). On the menu it was written "The store manager's pride signboard menu. Beef tendon stewed until melting is a perfect match with demi-glace sauce", and true to those words, the beef tendon was soft and the compatibility with the demi-glace sauce was also good. Rice is free for large portions, so my friend ordered a large portion just for me without permission (laughs). In addition, a hot spring egg was also included, which felt like a good deal. The minestrone-style soup brought first was rich and had a firm taste. And before the meal, there was even an iced coffee service, a pleasant consideration. The main Hamburg is full of meat juice. Yet the seasoning of the Hamburg itself is modest, so by combining it with the demi-glace sauce, it is finished with just the right balance. I felt it was a calculated seasoning. The Napolitan and mashed potatoes that come with it have a slightly strong seasoning, which makes the rice go. Finally, I had coffee and left the shop satisfied. It seems there is an all-you-can-drink plan at night, so it seems good to enjoy it with alcohol. I want to visit again with the goal of the Oroshi Tower Hamburg that I couldn't eat this time. Thank you for the meal.
