Had a wonderful dining experience here! The service staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we sat down. They served us water quickly, patiently explained the two different chilli condiments, and kept checking in to ensure everything was okay throughout the meal. It made us feel so welcomed. The ramen selection was good - they have both chicken and wagyu beef options. The meat portions were generous, and one of the highlights was watching the staff torch the wagyu according to our preferred doneness right in front of us — such an entertaining and satisfying experience for both the senses and the tummy! The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere overall. We ordered the 3pcs Chicken Paitan (¥2000) and the 3pcs Spicy Red Wagyu (¥4500), and both were absolutely delicious. Definitely a place worth visiting when craving quality ramen and great hospitality!

After reading all the great reviews, I was super excited to try the spicy beef wagyu ramen and fulfill my ramen cravings. The service was excellent and staff were super attentive and welcoming. I was in a rush and they were able to deliver my ramen to the table withing just a few minutes. The presentation was great and the ambience of the restaurant was also very welcoming. The only dissapointment about my experience was the food. After having the best Halal beef wagyu Ramen made by Japanese chefs at a restaurant called Wagyuza in Kyoto, this was a huge dissapointment. The ramen here was quite sweet, not that spicy and was more of a sweetened wagyu beef noodle soup with a hefty price tag and a tiny piece of meat. For the cost of a bowl, I was expecting great things, but was very dissapointed at the small piece of meat, tha lack of umami depth in the broth and the over sweetness of the dish. Halal beef ramen is the most expensive ramen available, so it would be nice to make it as authentic as possible and make the cost of a bowl more reasonable or be a little bit more generous with the quantity of meat in a bowl.

Tried the halal wagyu ramen at Shinjukutei Ginza and honestly really enjoyed it. I ordered the spicy wagyu ramen, but I’d personally recommend the miso version more as it has a richer and more flavorful broth. If you still want extra heat, they provide their own spicy sauce on the side so you can adjust the spiciness yourself. The wagyu was tender and delicious. It would be even better if the ramen came with a boiled egg. The ramen also included bamboo shoots (rebung), which I know many people enjoy, but personally I’m not really a fan because of the slightly funky smell and taste. One of the fun parts was the staff torching the wagyu in front of us before serving. The staff shouted “Seno!” and everyone replied “Yoso!” which made the dining experience more lively and memorable. The price is definitely on the expensive side compared to other ramen places, and the restaurant can be a bit tricky to find at first. After the meal, the staff also gave vouchers and cute stickers while encouraging customers to leave reviews. Overall, great food, fun atmosphere, and worth trying if you’re looking for halal ramen in Ginza ✨

Tried this halal wagyu ramen spot in Ginza and it definitely lived up to the hype. The wagyu was rich and flavorful, and the fried chicken was honestly just as good, crispy, juicy, and done right. What stood out most was the service. The waiter, Kuria, was super honest and helpful, especially since we came in with two toddlers. She guided us well on what to order without upselling, which I really appreciated. They also have a clean, dedicated prayer and wudu area, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. You can tell they really care about accommodating Muslim guests. Overall, great food, thoughtful service, and a spot I’d come back to.

I rarely leave serious negative reviews, but this meal was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing seriously. My wife and I ordered the Spicy Wagyu Ramen Set and the 5-piece Wagyu Ramen. The total came to around ¥12000, so we were expecting a premium dining experience. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the “wagyu.” It didn’t have the rich flavor or texture I associate with wagyu beef. In fact, it tasted more like regular roast beef, which made me question whether it was truly wagyu at all. The ramen itself was decent, but nowhere near good enough to justify the price. I understand that not every meal will meet expectations, but the value for money here was simply not there. For ¥13,500, I expected much better quality and flavor. The staff were friendly and provided good service, and I appreciate that. However, friendly service alone isn’t enough to make up for the disappointing food and the poor price-to-taste ratio. I’m genuinely surprised by the high ratings. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return, as there are many other ramen shops that offer much better value.
