A quaint traditional Japanese cafe with unique drinks, small unique well made plates of food, and a pleasant staff. If you are looking for a less touristy place to visit, this is a great spot to have a drink or a meal. The couple that runs it are pleasant and put a lot of care into what they do.

View on GoogleAfter visiting 神田神社, I went down 男坂 and spotted a sign saying “fermented curry.” I'd been thinking “It's hot, so I'll have soba,” but ended up going in for curry on a hot day. It was a lovely, peaceful restaurant where the female owner welcomed me with a gentle smile. The curry was a slightly spicy soup curry with chicken, egg, onion, and other ingredients, and it was delicious. Recommended.
View on GoogleI spotted this restaurant on my way back from the 神田明神 festival. It's a place your body will appreciate, serving fermented drinks and meals. I just stopped for a few light snacks, but the people there were so kind, and it was such a lovely place that it made me want to become a regular!
