Busy, casual diner known for its fried cheese gyoza & thin noodles in creamy, fatty pork-bone broth.

We brought a large goemon cauldron into the shop, and our soup, made over a full day every day, is rich and full of umami, 'hearty' yet finished with a soy sauce tare so the aftertaste is 'clean.' We use only carefully selected parts of pork bone, prepare them meticulously, and extract only the rich umami. This is Akanoren's signature 100% pure tonkotsu soup. For the noodles, we use ultra-thin flat noodles devised by our founder, Shigeru Tsuda, with a unique texture that clings well to the soup. Please enjoy the 'freshly made taste' that has been loved since our founding.

The ramen here was delicious! I tried the spicy one and loved the thin noodles. The prices were reasonable and we didn’t have to queue even during dinner time. The staff were really nice and the place had a good vibe. Definitely worth trying!

Nice ramen shop located in Marunoichi building on the 6th floor (6F). There was a queue outside, the shop seems popular with local office workers. The lady took our orders in the queue and within a few minutes of seating we were served our food. The ramen was great and the bowl was filled to the brim with food, there was no space left unused (as some shops don't fully fill your bowl, this one does!). The dumplings were really good, I highly recommend you try them!

One of my favorite ramen restaurants. It makes me nostalgic because it reminds me of the ramens I used to have when I was younger in Hakata, a place famous for pork broth based ramen. The extra thin noodle goes well with moderately thick and flavorful soup. The dumpling was okay prefer grilled ones.

the customer service was by far the worst. felt racially profiled as they embarrassed us in front of everyone the moment we walked in. Stared at us the whole time which made the food very distasteful. The ramen was mid at best. Gyoza was ok. These people are Chinese and were trying to test my Japanese with their broken Japanese and English. It was an outrage. Never coming back!

Probably the richest broth I tried on my vacation in Japan. I loved the ramen while I didn’t really like the gyoza, which are not the one we usually expect. Overall I would suggest to anybody their ramen! Super duper good !
