The beef was super delicious, it almost melted in my mouth. The staff were really friendly and Fuji‑san was so kind. Every dish in the set menu was tasty. This is definitely another steak place I’d recommend to anyone who loves beef.🤎

Gyukatsu Ichinisan (牛かつ壱弐参) – Worth the wait, no question After a disappointing experience at a Ginza “tourist trap,” this place was a complete turnaround. Yes, be ready to wait — we queued for almost an hour — but the service was top notch from start to finish. The staff were organized, efficient, and attentive, which already sets a good tone even before the food arrives. Their star is the beef cutlet (gyukatsu), and it definitely delivers. The quality, taste, and overall experience make it clear why this place is so popular. That said, the serving we had yesterday was a bit on the oily side, enough that we had to use tissue to manage it. Not a dealbreaker, but something worth noting. Overall, despite that small issue, the food was absolutely worth the wait. It’s a solid reminder that not all long lines are hype—some are genuinely earned. Verdict: ✔️ Great service ✔️ Quality food ⚠️ Slight inconsistency (oiliness) ⭐ Still highly recommended

Not too sure why some of the reviews are so bad, but my experience was actually quite good apart from the smell. You might leave smelling a bit like fried oil, as the oil smell tends to cling to your clothes The restaurant is a little small and can only accommodate less than 10 pax, that’s why it’s likely you will see queue. We came during 3ish pm and waited for about 30 mins. The staff were friendly and even asked where were we from. They have different sizes for the meal, small medium or large, with and without alcohol. No sharing. We went for the set menu. The meat itself was of great quality, tender, my friend said it’s almost melt-in-your-mouth, and really comforting. And top it off with the dishes and sauces they have! Really shiok! Another friend said the mochi dessert was soft and chewy, a perfect way to end the meal. Wish there’s one more 😂

Had the Medium Menu (3,400 JPY / about €18) and really enjoyed it. The beef was tender and flavorful, and I actually liked it best without any sauce. The hot stone lets you cook each piece exactly how you like it. We waited about 30 minutes on a Sunday at 7 PM, but it was definitely worth the wait.
