I tried different branches, at the Narita Airport and in Osaka, etc. The most disappointing was the Ginza main store. Although the waiting time was relatively short (about 30 minutes only), but the food was completely not up to its reputation. I ordered the special chicken white soup soba; the broth was still very milky white, but it had no chicken aroma at all. The most ridiculous part was that the noodles had a strong alkaline taste! As for the environment, it was clearly a Japanese ramen place, yet they made customers listen to American pop songs from over a decade ago! It completely ruined the dining experience.
View on GoogleSuperior creamy chicken broth ramen. Extremely creamy and rich. Broth hangs on to every strain of noodle. The chicken slices looks dry but it was tender and juicy. Pair it with a char siu don with onion soy sauce. Rice was cooked perfectly and you can tell its quality rice. At the end you must pour the soup to rice and mix with the onion soy sauce. Best combo.
View on GoogleThis is the best ramen I’ve ever had for such intensely thick chicken soup. I can proudly say the ramen is so good that it deserves Michilin star. Three pieces of chicken are quite tender and well cooked. Besides, the ramen is medium in terms of its texture and softness. It’s a must go restaurant. Highly recommended! Contactless payment works.
View on GoogleWe waited 15-20 minutes for seating, but while waiting, we were encouraged to look at the menu and place our orders. This was an efficient way to get customers served quickly and allow the line outside to keep moving. The chicken broth ramen was creamy, rich, and delicious. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleWasn't aware of their presence at this building since I pretty much frequent this area to go to another restaurant. This may not be the main store, but you can spare the hassle of waiting in the long line, especially if you come here on Saturday during opening. There were basically only one table occupied, the staff was attentive enough to help me choose what to eat. I had soy sauce soba with truffle plus an extra topping of boiled egg and green onions. Food was exceptionally good. They had English menu too and the staff spoke good English to help you order and explain what you're getting. Payment was cash & IC Card only. No credit card accepted.
