Bought the fast pass online to skip queue. Best lobster ramen I’ve ever tasted. I think the risotto option is skip-able as theres nothing exceptional about it but ramen itself is AMAZING. Will be back whenever I’m in Tokyo

The shrimp flavor in the soup is incredibly bold, with the rich broth clinging perfectly to every strand of noodle—which, I hear, are specially made. Ending the meal with risotto mixed into the remaining soup and topped with cheese gives it a wonderful French-inspired flair. If you love a deep, intense taste, you must add their homemade shrimp chilly paste to kick the flavor up a notch. Despite the richness, it doesn't leave you feeling greasy at all; everything is perfectly balanced. Even the interior decor is very tasteful, with every detail reflecting the chef’s dedication to fine cuisine.

Most well know for their lobster broth ramen as speciality. Very flavourful soup and bouncy handmade noodle. If you are a big fan of lobster bisque the flavour profile is very similar. While both chicken and pork meat is cooked to perfection with juicy like mouthful and a soft bouncy and smooth texture. English speaking staff onsite as well (not a contributing factor)

This was truly something unique. I’ve never had a dish quite like this! The Lobster ramen and risotto set was incredible. I believe it was just called the recommended lunch set. The ramen was FANTASTIC! A thick lobster bisque-like broth with thick chewy noodles and perfectly cooked chashu. Once you finish your noodles and toppings, they bring out the risotto and you combine the soup with the risotto and make a little side dish. This was an absolutely amazing blend of French cuisine with Japanese perfection.

Fantastic lobster-based ramen! Definately upgrade to the deluxe version of the dishes with added chicken, pork, egg, and wontons (listed as ravioli). It feels like in Tokyo every ramen spot we go to is fantastic, but this one really was great. One suggestion: the ravioli was black truffle and while very good, might have been better as a lobster ravioli. There is a long line to get in, but it's well worth the wait.
