Delicious and cheap Harami Beef Don. They also have free upsize of rice. This place adds kimchi as veggies to the dish, giving it an extra depth of flavour.
View on GoogleWhether to show personality and invite pros and cons, or aim for the middle to get public favor. The former is challenging, but while you can do as you like, it is high risk and high return. No, not necessarily high return. The latter is neatly seasoned and the taste that everyone feels is reasonably good although personality is contained, customers are not easily cut off. It is not a question of which is good or bad, but the Harami Don I ate today is the latter. There is no novelty, but it is very delicious, and even in the direction I like. The meat is not bad for the price either. Even though it was past noon, the customers were full. I was caught in a wide strike zone, but since I have a normal tongue, I am generally satisfied. However, I don't think the cabbage that just fills the space is acceptable. Harami Don (extra meat): 1280 yen
View on GoogleLunch today was also in Ura-Akiba. I visited a meat donburi specialty shop called "Don Yamano" located on Aoshima Shokudo street (I call it that). It seems I made a mistake and entered the wrong shop, thinking it was "Yamano" nearby. The inorganic U-shaped counter really looks like a shop that would be in Akiba ( ^ω^ ). I immediately pressed the "Harami Don, extra meat (\1,090)" button on the ticket machine inside the shop. I gave the ticket to the female staff who was also inorganic and looked like a listless part-timer. The Harami Don that appeared was served very neatly, and the volume was decent. Cabbage and kimchi were served on the side. I thought, even at this price, it doesn't include soup.... while blowing on the hot food. The meat is tender and well-seasoned, but unfortunately, there was a peculiar smell that remained, which bothered me a little. I added the yakiniku sauce that was on the table to disguise the smell and finished it to the end. Hmm, I don't think it's bad, but the quality, the atmosphere of the shop, and the service, maybe it would have been better to eat Harami Don Gozen at "Yamano". It was a lunch that left a little regret.
View on GoogleVisited for lunch on October 28th, ordered Harami Don Gozen with extra meat. The meat sauce was all over the rice, so the rice was salty, but the meat was good value for money. The shop also has about 4 counter seats and 4 tables for four. It was clean.
View on GoogleI visited during a weekday lunch. Just after opening at 11:35, there was 1 previous customer. I bought a meal ticket and sat at the counter. Water is self-service. I ordered Harami Don (less rice) and miso soup, and the donburi arrived in about 5 minutes. The meat is smaller than the photo, but it looks shiny and delicious. The sauce is also on the rice, so the rice is also tasty. The meat was softer than I thought and delicious. Thank you for the meal.
