looked like a good place to try... but I got looks from people who worked their. When I travel especially in Asia. I like to keep a supply of McDonalds coffee cups in my luggage.... when I brought my own cup in and asked them to fill it up I got angry looks and people talking under their breath.. I was also turned off my the sandwiches they had their. Luckily I had a ham and cheese sandwich left over from my flight that I took to Tokyo that I got at Newark International Airport in my briefcase because I was starving when I left

The coffee is strong-style black with no shortcuts. The sandwiches and Napolitan spaghetti look obviously delicious. I'll definitely order them next time.

Since it was my first time, I was shown to an open counter seat, but it seems you order and pay before taking your seat. When I sat down and waited while looking at the menu on the wall, they asked for my order, so I ordered the lunch pasta set and was told to pay first. Watching the businesslike people who seemed to be regulars, they ordered and then took their seats. Maybe it's a lunchtime menu? Sandwiches and salads in cups were already made and in the glass case at the counter, and when people ordered those, they put them on a tray, paid, and took their seats. The daytime shop seems to be run by two ladies, and from what I observed, the lady handling the floor doesn't particularly go around taking orders, so it's more like she's in charge of serving. By the way, for the lunch pasta set, I ordered the Napolitan. The pasta is capellini, maybe? A thin pasta. The seasoning is a nostalgic ketchup-based Napolitan, and the lunch set comes with salad and coffee for 980 yen. Simple, but just right for lunch. Inside, there are counter seats and table seats. Water seems to be self-service. Since they don't come to take orders, I assume that's probably the case.
View on GoogleFirst time here. I missed lunchtime and, ready to go into any place that was open, came in aiming for pasta. I was expecting old-fashioned pasta, but what came out was completely overcooked, mushy pasta, soggy because the cooking water wasn't drained nearly enough—disappointing. Large serving +100 yen The coffee was good.
