Located on the 3rd floor of the Tokyo Club Building, a 2-minute walk from Toranomon Station on the Ginza Line and a 4-minute walk from Kasumigaseki Station on the Marunouchi Line. Located in the Kasumigaseki government office district, we have one of the largest round-table private rooms among restaurants in this area. At lunchtime, many customers visit mainly for our famous tantanmen. Also, at night, it is often used for entertainment and welcome/farewell parties, but you can of course enjoy meals for small groups at the open and airy dining table seats. We offer authentic Chinese cuisine carefully prepared by various specialist chefs such as experienced dim sum masters and grill masters, with carefully selected ingredients. The menu content is updated periodically...

Authentic Chinese & Famous Dan-Dan Noodles! 🍜✨ Located in the heart of Tokyo's government district, Iwaen is a long-established restaurant famous for its legendary Dan-Dan Noodles. With its elegant interior and private rooms, it’s a perfect spot for a high-quality lunch or a relaxing dinner. 【Prices & Tips】 Budget: Lunch ¥1,200 – ¥2,000 | Dinner ¥6,000 – ¥10,000+ Signature Dish: You MUST try the "Dan-Dan Men." It’s rich, creamy, and has the perfect balance of spice! Private Rooms: Great for families or groups. Booking in advance is recommended for dinner. ⚠️ Pro-Tip: Lunchtime (12:00–13:00) is very crowded with local office workers. Aim for slightly before or after to grab a seat easily. 【What to Wear & Bring】 Smart Casual: While it's a casual spot for lunch, a neat outfit fits the sophisticated dinner vibe. Tissues/Handkerchief: The spicy noodles might make you break a sweat—be prepared! 【Nearby Spots】 Hibiya Park (7 min walk): A historic park perfect for a relaxing walk. The National Diet Building (10 min walk): Japan’s center of politics—great for a majestic photo op! Imperial Palace (15 min walk): Easy access to the East Garden for sightseeing. Found this helpful? Give it a 👍! Enjoy the rich flavors!

Uhmmm... I went for lunch and had tan tan men. At the reception I was asked several times whether i waa sure to get in because last order was one hour later! Tant tan men taste was just ok. My partner wanted to have a menu course but no go. Either we both go course or both go a la carte. Dessert was sold out, I guess they only prepared the small sizes for a la carte menu. Course tables were properly set and prepared with towel etc. A la carte tables were bare and essential. My impression is that this restaurant is popular with a steady flow of customers so no need to break a sweat. Noted!

Their tantanmen is great. Creamy, not that spicy. Tantanmen is 1080 yen, with extra 50 yen you can get delicious anin tofu. Lunch is always crowded. Lots of people coming with group. Feels a bit weird coming here alone. Would love to try their other dishes as well in the future. Service is a bit slow.
