As a big Steins; Gate fan, I can sadly say that the cafe is unfortunately worn-down, as you can see the picture at the table where Okarin and Daru were sitting is damaged, the furniture and walls are not refurbished. Overall, I could've skipped it. 😔 The food was good and the waitresses were very kind, I had a picture with one of them (you choose with who you want to take a picture with). 📸 We went for lunch after 3PM and we were the only tourists there, only locals, so it was adding to the experience of a maid cafe!

Omurice was very tasty! I recommend the Mr Braun drink. The maids are very kind and not super involved which was nice. Ensured Upa watched over us while we ate: 5/5

Steins;Gate fans, this is the place to go! May Queen Nyan² from the series is based on this very cafe. The atmosphere is cozy and packed with Steins;Gate merch, plus you'll find guest books filled with sketches, references, and fun messages from visitors. Unlike typical maid cafes, there are no magic spells or performances - you can chat with the staff normally, which makes it feel more personal. One staff member in particular was super funny and lively, even dropping Steins;Gate lines like "I am a mad scientist!" and "El Psy Congroo" when serving food. The dishes themselves are decent (don't expect fine dining), but the real highlight is the ambience and the staff interaction. For any Steins;Gate or otaku fan, this is a must-visit. El Psy Congroo

I must have chose the wrong time to visit. First off, seated at a counter staring at an empty wall. They gave me a bell to ring to order. I rang it 3 times before using the classic ~sumimaheenn~ to summon help. There was a loud group of Dutch boomers in the middle. They wanted pictures with the maids without paying for it. The wives were especially pushy and obnoxious about why it would cost to get a photo 🙄 I think the guy next to me forgot his wallet. He had a mental breakdown going through his backpack. Then he left without paying but also took the check with him ? I choose to believe he did this with the intent of coming back to pay. Another guy was shortly sat next to me and attempted to scam multiple of the waitresses into some Mahjong scheme. When they finally had to break character and tell him to stop. I didn't see a single waitress outside of ordering, which was its own challenge, and the food arriving. The whole experience was chaotic. On some level, very Steins Gate. But also. No desire to ever return. The food and drink were acceptable.

Awesome cafe! Always the best experience. As a steins gate fan this place always makes me feel like home. Just remember that if there is a line out the door you could be waiting 2-4hrs for a table and if you order a special item it could be another hour to get your item. Only come if you have a lot of time to spare. Also be aware they close 1-2hrs early depending on staff vs demand 😄 even after all that I vote this place is a 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️
