An absolutely brilliant place! It’s so cozy and sweet and our waitress was so friendly, they had a big menu with English translation, I had the cinnamon chocolate float and my companion had the butterscotch coffee float. If you need somewhere to go for a drink, make it here!!!

Lovely, tucked away cafe on one of the quaint streets near Akihabara station. Cat themed things everywhere. We sat downstairs so we didn't get to meet the resident cats but their pictures are all over the wall! I really loved the atmosphere and the decor :)

Very nice siphon coffee and calm environment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They have English menu and staff will try their best to communicate in English. You will need to remove your shoes at entrance. Reasonable price. There are two cats in the cafe but please remember that this is not a cat cafe. We stop by for coffee and not expecting to meet any cat. However, before leaving I showed the staff pictures of my ragdoll cat at home and she brought out and showed me a ragdoll cat who has been sleeping behind the counter. Very cute! Highly recommend care to visit!

While visiting Japan, I wanted to go to a cat café and Cafe Damiano came up in my search. ✨️ This café is quiant and tucked away off the main roads. There are little cat figurines on the brick outside of the entrance to welcome you into the café. 😻 Upon entering, the owner asks you to remove your shoes and you are provided with slippers to wear indoors. There is very limited seating, so consider this if you plan on going here with a group larger than 6. The menu is in Japanese and English, which was appreciated. I ordered the Earl Grey hot chocolate, my husband ordered an iced coffee, and my friend ordered a coffee. ☕️ The cat-themed decor was a dream. 🥰 It felt very homey and cozy. There was one cat nearby, who was peacefully sleeping in her bed. My husband is a boisterous man and the owner ever so politely asked us to keep our voices down to maintain the peaceful environment. I would have loved to come here more than once during our trip but it was about a 35-minute walk from our hotel and we were on the move every day. Definitely a fantastic spot for a hot or cold drink or if you're just interested in cat stuff. 😺

The café is so soothing and calm. It’s the most therapeutic café I’ve visited in Japan—a country where everything moves at a fast pace. This place is truly calming. The café keeps a low profile because the owner and the cats prefer it that way. Because of this, taking pictures or touching the cats is not recommended. Also, this isn’t a cat café—just a regular, low-key spot. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I visit Tokyo.
