CAFÉ 33
The free rest area inside the Imperial Palace Outer Garden and Kitanomaru Park is 「CAFÉ 33」, a café that coexists with the forest park. As if blending into the park's lush greenery, its white-and-green color scheme gives the feel of taking a break in the middle of a forest. We also have terrace seating where you can enjoy a break or a meal together with your pet.

Food was not bad. Curry bowl was much more value for money than the pizza. It was delicious. Melon soda was way too sweet. We ate here after getting the stamp. The park it is in is pretty.
View on GoogleA cafe located in the park. The location is great, and the interior is bright from the large windows. The food is a little pricey for what you bet, but that's to be expected at this sort of place. It was busy but there was no line, and not a long wait for food. My coffee was perfectly fine - I'm not sure why some other reviews speak so ill of the drinks. Perhaps their expectations are too wild for a low-key park cafe? It's a perfectly fine place for a stop while you're out and about in the park in Tokyo.
View on GoogleA quiet and beautiful cafe. The coffee was good, and I ordered an egg sandwich with tuna. I absolutely loved the sandwich; it was very, very delicious. The combination of ingredients was wonderful, and the focaccia bread was light, fluffy, and crispy on the outside. I highly recommend trying the sandwich.
View on GoogleClean and bright cafe at the entrance to Kitanomarukoen. The panini has very fresh tomatoes which are a delight. The Italian pudding is quite dense but still nice.
View on GoogleWaste of time and money. The line is very long, but don’t worry it also moves very slowly because there is only one cashier. The menu is displayed at the other end of the counter so the line moves even slower because the customer cannot see the menu until they reach the front of the queue. Chai latte is not a latte at all and just a glass of milk with a small squirt of flavored syrup. I wasted 35 minutes waiting in line and then ¥550 to throw the drink in the trash bin.
