This is my favorite bar in the world to sip Bombay Sapphire surrounded by cute cat girls.

Really different compared to other maid cafes you can find in Akihabara: less kawai-oriented, more bar-like (customers mainly order alcohol). The maids don't really speak English but try their best to talk with each client (nice effort). We went there after 8 pm so there were mainly japanese people. The room allowed smocking so avoid if you can't handle the smell. Quite expensive but no more than other cafes. Good place if you want to drink alcohol and speak with some non-overcute maids.
