I ordered two sandwiches, the ham and pâté and crispy pork with chicken liver both with chili sauce. The daikon and carrot pickles were mild, not heavily seasoned with vinegar and sugar. The chili sauce was tangy, sticky, viscous and slightly sweet. The crispy pork was lightly seasoned and yummy. I wish there was an option to add jalapeño peppers. About ¥800/sandwich. The Vietnamese ham and pâté was basic and ordinary, but delicious. I found the bread to be quite ordinary. I like my bread to be crispy and thin on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. I have had much better bread in Kyoto. Overall 4 stars. Service is very friendly and accommodating!! Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Nice banh mi sandwich in the Iidabashi area. I was in the mood for a sandwich and there is no better than banh mi in my opinion. Bread is key and this restaurant makes their bread fresh.

The banh mi sandwiches here are so delicious and the bread that they use is so light yet crispy on the outside. I definitely recommend it if you’re in the Suidobashi area.

I’ve been several over the last couple of years and I am always pleased! First and foremost for the super yummy banh mi, the best I ever had! Now on first visit in a year I can happy conclude banh mi is still the same while the interior has been cleaned up and the to key machine has smartly been moved to the outside thus leaving more room in the small restaurant. Edit credit card now accepted (plastic, not touch)! I therefore up service to 5 star!

A super delicious banh mi sandwich with many options to choose from. I was surprised by the variety of choice in terms of ingredients, but the the two the pork sandwich seems to be the go-to. As others have mentioned, the go read was crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Staff was friendly, service fast, and price reasonable. Worth a stop.
