A nice little tonkatsu restaurant run by family. We ordered pork cutlet courses, took a while (30mins) to receive the meal as cutlets were all freshly made. Very juicy and deep fried just right! Pork is sourced from Morioka Prefecture which is known to have excellent meat quality and rich flavour. Cutlet was very tender with right amount of fat, which makes it delicious. Restaurant only has limited seats, we were lucky to come early (11:45am) otherwise will have to wait outside. Overall its a bit pricey compare to other chained restaurants but you get what you paid for, and its well worth the wait.
View on GoogleOne of the best tonkatsu that I had. There was only a table occupied when I entered the restaurant for a weekday dinner. Ordered and waited quite a bit while the chef and his assistance took their time to prepared the salad and cutlet. When the dish was finally severed it was worth the wait. Tender, fresh, full of flavour and crispness. Everything about the dish is top notch.
View on GoogleI had loin Tonkatsu and meat was tender and Miso soup was great! A bit pricey side for Tokyo but I recommend this place to try!
View on GoogleDelicious, top quality tonkatsu at a very reasonable price - in a really clean and clutter-free space. And non-smoking! I highly recommend that you get the ロースカツ 定食(ro-su katsu teishoku) or pork loin fried cutlet set meal for ¥2000. Melts in your mouth! Family-run.
View on GoogleOutstanding fillet katsu - the best I had in Tokyo (and I had a lot). Carefully presented, calm ambience. For fellow gaijin - menu in Japanese language only, but service very welcoming with a few polite tourist expressions.
